    The pool was lovely and I had alcoholic drinks in the poolside bar. The rooms were well-kept and brand-new, with private bathroom. The location was ideal, to put the itinerary on the TV everyday as the events are n't diamond club specific, and the bed comfortable.

    We had an exceptional stay for a perfect vacation.

    The exceptionally nice and perfect location was a walking distance from Playa Chac-Mool. The hotel staff was willing to help and assisted with free parking.

    The food options were really good, especially breakfast, and the room was clean and comfortable with beautiful views. The staff was friendly and made our stay enjoyable, and the access to the beach was really convenient.

    The pool could have been larger.

    Clean hotel with a modern design and spectacular views, it has a wonderful location just next door to many restaurants and bars, Coco Bongo, Senor Frog's and the special beach area.

    The staff was super friendly. I enjoyed delicious seafood at the restaurant. My suite had ocean views and was very spacious. Pool activities kept everyone entertained. The beach was clean and relaxing 🏖️

    The ocean view from my Luxury Junior Suite was fine! The beach was sandy, and the cocktails were top shelf. Loved the rooftop party vibes and the endless activities like poolside DJ sessions. I especially enjoyed the spa services. The treatments were affordable and relaxing!

    I was super disappointed with the service we got. Our butler was practically useless, our room wasn't ready, and despite paying extra for a suite, we still had to deal with a broken spa and empty mini-bar. Just frustrating!

    Modern hotel with excellent beach access

    I loved the modern atmosphere and cleanliness of the resort. The Luxury Junior Suite was fine with ocean views, and the cocktails by the pool were fantastic. Staff like Mario. Some dining options were disappointing in terms of portion sizes and taste, particularly at the Asian restaurant.
